I have immense respect for those who choose the challenge of leadership. Unless you’ve been in it, it’s hard to fully understand what it feels like—the pressures, the complexities, and… the deeply rewarding moments.


I became a coach because of my own journey as a leader and the transitions I’ve experienced. Each season in my career has taught me something invaluable about navigating change. From transitioning out of theological school into hands-on work serving low-income youth, to taking on a leadership role that scaled that organization nationally, to stepping into a family business, and ultimately into coaching—every leap has brought lessons in growth, adaptability, and purpose.


I know what it feels like to step into the unknown and chart a path forward. I work with leaders because I understand their challenges, and I’m passionate about helping you move into the next phase of your journey with clarity, confidence, and impact.

With 30 years of experience as an executive and board member in family businesses, nonprofits, and schools, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge to my coaching. I'm driven by a commitment to empowering leaders and helping them reach their full potential.

 

My coaching is guided by three core beliefs:
 

  • Leadership is rooted in mindset, not just skills: Self-awareness and adaptability are essential for true leadership effectiveness.

  • Strengths don’t always translate across new roles and challenges: Coaching helps leaders develop fresh strategies for evolving situations.

  • Leaders benefit from an outside perspective: Coaching provides a space for reflection, idea testing, and building effective decision-making tools.
